• Wrote economic , insurance in local ana Arabic magazine and newspapers PARTICIPATE IN FOUNDING ISLAMIC INSURANCE CO & AN OTHER INSURACE ONE .

• Lecturer in legal problems in banking.

• Gives lectures in Central Bank of Libya , Sudan ,Yemen ,& Jordan m WELL KNOWN FOR BANKING SATFF & INSURANCE COs IN LIBYA YAMAN SYRIA LEBANON JORDAN SUDAN UNITED ARAB EMARITS & OTHERS .

• Gives lectures in most Arab world banks and insurance COs .

• Issued 2 books and an other book in cooperative insurance very soon .

• legal advisor for many well-known institutions and factories in Jordan and abroad .

• Member of American - Jordan committee for alternative legal solutions .

• General Agree for Syrian insurance  Co. in Jordan .

• Deputy , assistant and as manager in Marine insurance and also lecturer as well at the same time at home and abroad .

• Participated in establishing Islamic and trading insurance Cos in Jordan

• Worked as president of fire and allied perils in Jordan federation and member of same in Cairo
